Eating less of carbhohydrates may not result in loss of weight. The type of carbs someone eats can be as important as the amount. A new research reveals that fructose - a form of sugar - can make body fat very quickly. Fructose is naturally found in fruits and it is also added to many processed foods, especially in the form of corn syrup.
