Relaxation Therapy for Chronic Insomnia

Insomnia maybe a common complaint but it has significant health problems and affects the wellness of the individual. This study suggests that relaxation therapy and (CBT) cognitive/behavioral therapy are effective alternative methods in the management of chronic insomnia. However, the researchers feel the neeed for more large scale randomized clinical trials.
