A study from American Cancer Society revealed that nearly half of cancer survivors use complementary and alternative methods in the form of prayer, meditation, relaxation, supplements, and massage. The study found that CAM users were more likely to be women, whites, younger cancer survivors, individuals with higher income, and individuals with more education.
