Turmeric has been very effective with the pain I experience from my arthritis. I do have a problem with sweating now however which I think is a side effect of this treatment.

I started taking turmeric capsules for my arthritis, got it from my local GNC. This also seems to relieve pain from plantar fascitis (heel spurs).
