Barry I take danshen and saw palmetto for my enlarged prostate. It works very well. As an added benefit it seems that my hair is a bit thicker than it was before I began to take the supplements.

Geno I heard that african wild potato may be helpful for bph. I began to take it several months ago and it really has helped.
