Honey
: Currently there is insufficient human evidence to recommend honey for the treatment of rhinoconjunctivitis (inflammation of the nose and eyes in response to an allergen). One poor-quality trial reported no benefit of the use of honey for the treatment of rhinoconjunctivitis.
