Honey
: Currently there is insufficient human evidence to recommend honey for the treatment of rhinoconjunctivitis (inflammation of the nose and eyes in response to an allergen). One poor quality trial reported no benefit of the use of honey for the treatment of rhinoconjunctivitis.
