Reflexology: Reflexology involves the application of manual pressure to specific points or areas of the feet that are believed to correspond to other parts of the body. There is preliminary evidence that reflexology may be useful for relaxation and to decrease anxiety. However, it is not clear that reflexology is equivalent or superior to massage or other types of physical manipulation.
