Physical therapy: Carpal bone mobilization (technique involving movement of the bones and joints in the wrist) and median nerve mobilization (a technique used to regain function in the wrist) have both been studied for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Based on one study, no significant differences were found between treatments or compared with control groups.
