Vitamin E and Eating Disorders-Malnutrition Overview

Vitamin E: Vitamin E exists in eight different forms: alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta- tocopherol; and alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta- tocotrienol. Vitamin E supplementation is accepted as an effective therapy for vitamin E deficiency to stop the progression of complications. Supplements should be taken under the supervision of a healthcare provider.Avoid if allergic or hypersensitive to vitamin E.
