Summary:Applied Kinesiology (AK) uses muscle strength testing to identify nutritional deficiencies and health problems. Those that practice AK believe that weakness in certain muscles correspond to specific diseases or body imbalances. George Goodheart Jr., a chiropractor, developed AK in the 1960s.
