I have had mild back pain located over my right kidney for about 3 months. It has recently increased in intensity recently. About 2 weeks ago a rash developed across my stomach and back but it is not itchy. Was diagnosed bursitis
MRI done, imp spondylolisthesis at l4/l5
orthopedic said I am fine
still have pain that worsens if walk more

I am 61-play golf weekly 7 hcp. Last week I had a sciatic like pain down my right side. When that subsided I had pain in my knee (outer right side) that felt like a throbbing toothache. It has woken me from sleep. If I sit and cross my leg over my left leg the pain immediately disappears.

I have multiple slipped disks in my back and chronic, debilitating back pain. Are there any alternative treatments that might help me? (I'm not even a candidate for surgery).
