I just had orthroscopic knee surgery and found that my problem is arthritis in my knee. I have swelling & pain.

I have been taking acidophilus (refrigerated liquid form) and eating yogurt. I tried rinsing with tea tree oil diluted in water. I noticed an itchy rash on my wrist this a.m. I'm worried that the natural way is going to take too long.
