I used to have headaches everyday. Apple cider vinegar steam stops a headache within minutes. Boil water, add a 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and breathe in the vapors.

Hydrogen peroxide inhalation gives me immediate relief from neck and muscle spasms. Before this treatment, it used to take two to three days to recover when I had a flare up.

I had a cold and I decided to try grapefruit seed extract. Turns out it works very well for me. Take 30 drops a day in fruit juice (three to four drops for children). Continue for three days after symptoms improve.
