I keep getting small pus infections on my lower leg above the ankle.what is this from??     3 Answers

I have had several of these infections (one at a time) docs do not know why I am getting them..they appear at the back of my leg just above my ankle....

Are there any proven natural ways to lower cholesterol and treat osteoporosis?     2 Answers

I have gotten reflux from plant sterols and fiber not sure what else to try to lower cholesterol, especially LDL. For osteoporosis, I have heard that only 6 mg of strontium are considered safe. Are there any capsules? The pills are hard to swallow. Other ideas for treating osteoporosis naturally? Thank you.

Was diagnosed bursitis
MRI done, imp spondylolisthesis at l4/l5
orthopedic said I am fine
still have pain that worsens if walk more
