Symptoms and Types of Male Infertility

Infertility due to retrograde ejaculation.  Symptoms include:

Difficulty in achieving and/or maintaining an erection
Cloudy or milky urine after ejaculation
Orgasms without producing semen

Infertility due to testicle problems. Symptoms include:

Small testicles or differently sized testicles
Pain in the testicles
Difficulty in urinating or ejaculating
Slightly enlarged breasts

Infertility due to change in hormone levels. Symptoms include:

Sexual dysfunction or impotence in men, or hyper-sexual-maturation in boys
Enlarged breasts
Change in voice and/or hair growth patterns
Insomnia, restlessness, and irritability
Blurred vision
Muscle weakness

Infertility due to problems in sperm transport

The symptoms can be determined only after a semen analysis and include low or no semen count and sterility.
