The University of Texas conducted a study at the Medical School Galveston and found that insufficient Vitamin C in the male body can cause sperm agglutination which, in turn, inhibits sperm mobility and affects male fertility. In addition to these findings, researchers discovered that a lack of Vitamin E restricts sperm formation and a lack of Selenium similarly causes oxidation of the sperm cells.
