The Center for Integrative Medicine, School of Medicine, at the University of Maryland held seven clinical trials examining over 1366 women.  In this study, researchers treated patients with either acupuncture and sham acupuncture.

According to their findings, the administration of acupuncture with the IVF treatment was found to improve chances of pregnancy.

If you are looking to receive acupuncture in conjunction with IVY, it is good to know that patients are commonly treated for three to four months prior to insemination. In addition, according to the Berkley Center for Reproductive Wellness, the most effective treatments involve a combination of acupuncture, herbal medication, and traditional medical procedures.
