can you take pycnogenol after its expiry date? |
| I have some pycnogenol tablets but the expiry date was January 2009, would it still be safe to take as it is a natural product ?

Yes it will be fine. It comes from tree bark. And you know how long tree bark lasts.

| I work in a natural supplement store and it's the third time I try immune boosters.
First time it was echinacea with shii-take in liquid, after that it was Colostrum in tablets and now it is a blend of 11 ingredients (Vit A-C-E, Selenium, Zinc, Lycopene, Pycnogenol, Isoflavones, Lipoic acid, etc) . |
