What to expect from the pain clinic? |
| I have been referred but haven't been there yet. What should I expect my first few times there?
I've been told they will give me injections.
What kind of staff do they have? physical therapists, machines, counselors who can give me pain management techiniques or hypnotherapy?
Im also kind of scare |

Has anyone tried hypnotherapy for childbirth? |
| This is my third baby. First was breech and a c-section. Second was VBAC, long-ish labour and 3rd degree tearing. I think the epidural (which was wonderful) may have slowed things down and made it more difficult to push.
Wondering if anyone has experienced hypnotherapy for .... |
