Can i add maca root to my cocktail of pills? |
| I take a multi, biotin, saw palmetto and evening primrose oil. To lower my testosterone and stop my hair from falling and help it grow.
I've changed my diet to a mainly fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.
Will it be okay if i add maca ?
