Ideal dosage of fish oil for rheumatoid arthritis? |
| Does anyone know what would be an estimate ideal dosage of fish oil for rheumatoid arthritis? The fish oil capsule which I'm starting to take has 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA in one capsule. I've search and read around but I'm not very sure how it works.

One or two Omega 3 fish oil capsules after meals is what i
take, it does help and also cuts .... |

What is the recommeded dosage of fish oil to take daily? |
| I just started taking fish oil to help lower cholesterol.. does anyone know how well this works? Can a person take to much?
I started taking fish oil concentrate 1760mg.. Do I take this amount daily or every other day?

One capsule, that is, cca 140 grams dayly. 70% of this capsule is the oil. |
