What is a good beginning dosage of fish oil to give a child? |
| My son is ADD, but I refuse to give him any mood altering meds. Heard that fish oil can make a difference and figured it would be worth a try.. What is the recommended dosage... He is an average size 8 year old... thanks

| I just started taking fish oil to help lower cholesterol.. does anyone know how well this works? Can a person take to much?
I started taking fish oil concentrate 1760mg.. Do I take this amount daily or every other day?
