| About me |
| I am a female family physician born in India, but raised in the United States. I had early exposure to alternative medicine as a young child, as Ayurvedic remedies were often used by my parents whenever possible. I also learned yoga at a young age and continue to practice it today, often prescribing it to my patients as part of their treatment plans.
I believe the best physician is one who practices what they preach, so I try to live a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition and physical activity. |
