About me
Lynn Henderson, RYT... Opening Day of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge Lynn Henderson is a Registered Yoga Teacher and the Director and Founder of One Unity Source Yoga. She has practiced and studied Hatha Yoga since 1999 and attributes her teaching style to the study of teachers such as Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee and Bryan Kest. Lynn is a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and she plans to continue her training with as many yoga teachers in as many countries as possible. Lynn is a dedicated Yogini and very passionate about her practice. Her mission is to give you an authentic yoga/meditation class using all aspects of the science and art of yoga… body, breath, mind and philosophy.
Specialization
We provide yoga and meditation instruction to individuals, couples, or small groups. We also create customized yoga retreats for couples or small groups. Retreats can be tailored to suit your needs; corporate events, romantic weekend getaways, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, etc.

We, at One Unity Source Yoga, offer the experience and knowledge to effectively accommodate "everyBODY". We feel that yoga and meditation can greatly compliment physical and mental activity, create focus and endurance, calm the mind, and is for all body types. In order for yoga and meditation to be this complimentary and multifaceted, it has to be customized to suit the needs of the practitioner, and that’s exactly what we do! Many years of practice, study, and experience allow us to write customized yoga sequences and create practices that enhance every lifestyle.
