Summary:Acupuncture originated 5,000 years ago in China. Today it is commonly used throughout the world. Chinese medicine theory holds that the human body contains a network of energy pathways through which vital energy, called "chi" (also spelled "qi"), circulates. These pathways are called "meridians." The meridians contain specific "points" that function like gates, allowing chi to flow through the body. Needles are inserted into these points to regulate the flow of chi. Illness and symptoms are thought caused by problems in the circulation of chi through the meridians.Scientific Evidence:Uses These uses ....

David Lenkovitzki I have started Tai Chi Chuan practice in earnest after my second crash and burn, I was debilitated, suffered from chronic back pain and stiff neck and shoulders.

Now, 30 years later, I'm in great shape, I run a business, I practice for over 3 hours daily and teach evenings.

Tai Chi Chuan teaches correct posture, body use, breath, relaxation in reaction to stress; however, this is not a panacea, I worked harder than at any other endeavor in my life to make it work.

ANGELO I was feeling really stressed out and I heard that Navratna oil might help. The results were good. I massaging the oil on my scalp and across my head. It also relieved shoulder aches and headaches. You can find Navartna oil just about any Ayurvedic store.
