Lavender oil works well to relieve anxiety and panic attacks. Put a drop on a tissue and breathe the scent.

I take cold showers relieve my anxiety. I feel exhilarated after my showers. Cold shower and massage increases blood circulation and I feel relieved.

I have suffered from anxiety attacks for several years. I find that listening to soft or classic music really helps to relive anxiety when I feel tense and stressed.
