Dark Chocolate Consumption may Reduce Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Hull York Medical School scientists conducted a study on ten patients half of whom received dark chocolate and the rest who received milk chocolate dyed dark.

According to their study, 45 grams of dark chocolate per day significantly alleviated chronic fatigue symptoms. Professor Steve Atkin who led the study also found that the participants did not add weight during the study.

This is good to hear. I'm going to try this. Significant doses of B vitamins in addition to d-ribose has also helped me alot.
