Try coconut, preferably its virgin oil together with virgin oregano oil (not the culinary stuff) and olive leaf extract. Ramp down on the carbohydrates in your diet which feed the infection and avoid all foods containing polyunsaturated fats which are known potent immune suppressors. There are other known substances that are rqually as effective but this cocktail should prove to be effective.
Uva Ursi is wonderful herb that helps to restore balance in urinary tract area.
