What can I do to avoid insomnia?

Regular exercise, healthy light diet, especially evening meal and a set routine can avoid insomnia.

Typically insomnia might be a symptom but the underlying cause might be depression or other psychological problem. It's better to consult a practitioner. The good news is that many integrative or alternative therapies have proven to heal insomnia - music therapy, ayurveda, yoga, massage, guided imagery and naturopathy have proven remedies
