Rest, fluids, chicken soup, and of course, time. This article shows the efficacy of nasal saline irrigation on the symptoms of colds & flu in kids. A neti pot or nasal bulb work well, and from my experience, so does an OTC saline nasal spray.

Elderberry syrup is antiviral and there are some good pediatric formulas out there.

If they are really stuffed up, you can also have them do steam inhalation (carefully!), and add a drop of essential oil to the water.

Young Living's Thieves oil! It kills 99% of all germs and can be used topically, aromaticly and internally. The development of the oil blend is based on the Three Thieves during the plague. Three men began stealing from the dead, however, did not get sick! The king ordered his men to find these men so he could find out why they weren't getting sick. The men were found to be the "perfume" people of the town. They all covered themselves with Essential oils clove, cinnamon bark, rosemary, lemon, Eucalyptus radiata. These oils are exactly what is in the Thieves products by Young Living. I use the oil in my special education classroom to keep things clean, keep the flu and colds away and haven't been sick in the 8 years I have been teaching children with autism!!!
