Basically, the chiropractor will put you on a table, feel up and down your spine for anything that might be out of place, and then crack your back and/or neck. It doesn't hurt at all, it feels good. Sometimes they will also use other methods in order to relax your back prior to adjustment such as hot packs or massage. Every chiropractor is different and their methods are different too.
