Food allergies?

Allergies are a response of the immune system to a substance - whether it is food or something else. There are a wide variety of treatments for allergies, and which will work best for you is something you must discover for yourself. Medical treatments, especially for severe allergies can treat and prevent many symptoms.

However, there are other, less invasive treatments - many of which you will find on this website.

One striking thing that many doctors are finding, especially in severe allergies that seem to resist medical treatment, is that there appears to be an emotional component. Many people find that their allergies get worse when they are stressed.

If you have found that various medical or natural remedies have not been effective or as effective as you hope, you might consider a process called hypnoanalysis which identifies the root cause of problems and rapidly resolves them. Hypnoanalysis can often be effective for mind-body problems that seem to resist other treatments. Hypnoanalysis is a process of psychotherapy that directly accesses the part of the brain that connects sensory stimulus (whether that stimulus is internal or external) with physiological responses. Researchers have recently said through hypnosis it appears that one can un-ring Pavolv's bell and disconnect the automatic responses we have to our environment.

Quest, I used (energetic) muscle testing to determine food sensitivies as these can cause and overload upon the physical system, though not as severe as an allergic reaction. Of the 280 items that were tested (double blind) there were 17 to which I had a sensitivity. This was a great help in managing, controlling and finally healing my Irritable Bowel Disorder.
