Can reflexology cure heel pain?

I have a severe heal pain as my job involves standing most of the time, wondering if reflexology might help?

Reflexology may well help your heel pain. It's always helpful to know the cause of the heel pain i.e. from the shoes you wear, from lower back or knee misalignment, running on hard pavement, etc. In your case, if the pain is from standing for long periods of time, reflexology will certainly improve the circulation in your feet and legs and help to relax all of the muscles and ease bone pain.

Because reflexology effects the entire body, you will receive the benefit of having your feet worked on directly as well as the relaxing and restorative benefits that reflexology promotes throughout the entire body.
Massaging, stretching and keeping the feet supple is very important for all of us, and, especially for those who stand for long periods but are unable to really exercise their feet. If the reflexology treatment is combined with pain relieving essential oils (like peppermint) that would give extra benefit.

I'd suggest that you give reflexology a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
