Tactile Stimulation in Fibromyalgia Treatment

In a study performed by the Department of Stomatognathic Physiology of the Institute for Postgraduate Dental Education, Jonkoping at Sweden, ten women suffering from fibromyalgia were given tactile stimulation for ten weeks at the rate of once a week.  The culmination of the trial indicated improved sleeping patterns and quality, and improved pain management.References:1.  Read more
